We enjoy working with clients who are motivated to grow, change, and seek overall emotional health and wellness through the counseling process. We will create a safe and supportive environment so that our clients are able to set and meet their goals without feeling judged or criticized. Our clients "drive" the counseling process, while we gently support them on their road to personal growth.
We specialize in assisting clients, ages 7 years and older, who are struggling with a variety of mental health or life issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, workplace/school issues, mood disorders, marital conflict, and chronic health problems (e.g., cancer, pain).
We offer traditional counseling services (to address mental health issues), as well as life coaching. Our office is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. We are conveniently located on the Winchester City bus route in the former Winchester Hospital. We also offer telehealth (virtual) services to accommodate the needs of clients.
