Hello and welcome. My name is Kamilla Gabriel, and I am an Associate Therapist at Center for Compassion. If you are grieving a devastating loss or feel overwhelmed, disconnected and stuck, you are not alone. Asking for help can be difficult, as there are parts in all of us that do not feel safe to be seen.
I use a person-centered, mindfulness-based approach to create a safe and grounding space for you to be heard and seen and to openly feel and grieve.
As your therapist, I will support you to mindfully slow down, intentionally explore your internal narratives and to reconnect with your body, heart and authentic needs. I believe that healing requires a journey inward, in a safely held and supportive environment that is honored and tended to with kindness and compassion.
