Is your child or adolescent struggling with anxiety, depression, school problems, or emotional issues due to the loss of a loved one, trauma, or divorce? Do you need parenting support for behavior issues? The Center is a safe place for children and families to come and resolve problems, learn new skills, and find the joy in being a family again. Our therapists are highly trained mental health professionals specializing in child and family therapy. We offer a holistic, family-centered approach to eliminating problem behaviors by helping your child develop the skills to do well.
We focus on using best practice interventions to help children and families. Specialties include Play Therapy, Infant Mental Health, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Filial Therapy, and the Triple P Parenting Program. Our team includes specialists with extensive training and education in child therapy.
We provide supervision for Mental Health Counselor and Social Work Interns in addition to workshops for professionals for CEUs and APT Credits. In additional to our internship program, we provide ongoing training and supervision for mental health professionals who work with children and families.
