Hello and welcome! I help teens, women and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected, and struggling in their relationships. Many of my clients reach out because they are struggling with anxiety, loneliness, low self-esteem, dating frustration, and loss of motivation. If you are struggling with these symptoms, I believe you deserve a space that allows you to feel safe, accepted and understood. Together we work as a team to better understand emotions and help you cope with life's stressors. I use Gottman Couples therapy training to help identify problems in communication in my work with individuals and couples.
