My certification in EMDR allows me to bring the mind, emotion, and body into our sessions and treat clients more holistically. I specialize in working with trauma and healing from difficult childhood experiences that may be affecting your present day life.
I offer an emotionally safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate space to explore the concerns and stressful circumstances you are experiencing. It is my hope to help client's get to the root cause of their struggles to help lead to longer lasting changes and healing. Therapy can also be a support during times of crisis or loss.
