Their goals are to learn better ways to cope and deal with their issues. They want to live their best life without fear and anxiety but with courage and resilience.
My approach to therapy is person-centered. Meaning, I provide a safe and nurturing environment, where I listen for the meaning behind the words spoken by the client. I provide insight, promote reflection, and foster growth. I believe it's best to customize each client’s treatment by using various modalities based on their current issues, needs, and history.
