Accepting new clients for online therapy only. I work with teens and adults from all walks of life who are struggling with overwhelming emotions or debilitating anxiety, with a focus on being inclusive to those who have been given a diagnosis of serious mental illness (such as bipolar or schizophrenia) and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities. My first responsibility as your therapist is to create a comfortable environment free of stigma and judgement. I will listen carefully to your experiences and we will come together to develop a values-driven plan that encourages growth and healing.
In our sessions, my approach is warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, and person-centered. I will listen to your story with uplifting curiosity before we come together to make a path forward. I am here to be a supportive guide, but this is your journey and I will make sure we are working together in a way that feels most authentic to your needs and style.
I know how daunting finding a new therapist is, especially if this is your first time or after previous therapy "failures," but trust too that the right therapeutic fit can be worth all the effort. I invite you to take that courageous step and reach out. Your journey toward healing and growth matters, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
