I offer individual therapy for adults; male and female. I can see you in the office or on video. Specializing in life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anger, strong emotions, anxiety, family conflicts, and parenting. I promise to listen to you, and focus on what you want to gain from therapy. I can suggest coping skills, offering specific techniques, using the best treatment suited to your individual needs and personality. I am Certified as an Anger Management Specialist.
I enjoy working with women who are recovering from a bad relationship and need assistance in re-building their confidence and and self worth. In addition to traditional "talk" therapy, I can use art therapy techniques to help express feelings. I teach communication and coping skills. I have been successfully helping individuals since 2005.
