I have over ten years of experience helping people work through complex conflicts. I have spent the last 15 years working with the LGBTQ+ community supporting the exploration of sexuality and gender with teens, adults, and their family relationships. I'm a certified ADHD-CCSP, offering adult ADHD diagnosis and personalized strategies to help manage symptoms effectively. I'm a Gottman Certified therapist and like working with couples and unique relationships. I use CBT and EFT to support individuals working through depression, anxiety, trauma, and transitioning out of the military to civilian life.
