Celeste specializes in working with clients who are seeking to unseat, and unlock long held patterns in their lives. The healing is actually within the pain and when one learns to be in the pain, learn why it is there and what it needs, the body can release it. She combines the wisdom of psychology and spirituality and of Eastern and Western modalities.
Celeste has extensive concrete training in mind, body and spirit and has been in the field for 30 years. Her continued commitment to personal and professional training shows in the depth she can take people and in her specialty providing therapy for therapists. This includes daily training and practice in meditation for over 20 years.
