I can help with a variety of things from coping skills, gaining insight, and getting to the core of what you're experiencing. I value emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical parts which are all important aspects of self. I do individual & family work for all ages 5 and up.
I can help you build a stronger mind-body connection which will strengthen your sense of self, create more safety and trust in self, and aid in stress relief. We can explore thoughts, behaviors, and patterns so you gain insight and learn more about yourself. I help you to repair and advance how you feel about yourself which can lead to long-lasting changes.
I use many different proven and tested methods. I individualize therapy for each person based on what is needed and what works for the person. Some of the work I often include are learning the body's natural wisdom, nervous system work, inner child work, and left and right brain activities. I also have an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
