I specialize in working with adults that rely on substances to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. People who tend to shut down or look for quick comfort when facing the stress and challenges of life. I help them understand their triggers and learn new coping skills to manage and reduce symptoms and feel healthier.
I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I help clients to heal from physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. Together we identify negative beliefs and triggers, use the EMDR techniques to help you gain a sense of control, improve mood, better sleep, and ultimately feel confident about who you are.
