I am trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy. I am also a Consultant-in-Training for EMDR Therapy. My approach is an eclectic one as I utilize the tools that are the most effective based on client's individual needs. These tools include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Attachment, and Somatics.
