I have experience working with children and adolescents (ages 5-18), and adults (ages 18+) in both outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. I also have experience working with minorities, those struggling with low income, and individuals who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. The treatment modalities I commonly work from include: person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused and strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness.
