As a Christian counselor, I use the Bible as the basis for my therapy so you will get sound, Scripturally-rooted counseling together with scientifically proven psychological approaches that are in-line with what the Bible says.
I am passionate about helping people learn to identify, manage, and express their emotions in a healthy way. I strongly believe that the vast majority of chronic pain and diseases have an emotional root. I help my clients begin to identify these suppressed emotional issues, address them, and, in many cases, allow the body to begin healing.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and also conduct group counseling. Through my counseling, my mission is to bring people into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ, and to help them overcome the crippling effects of sin and guilt.
