My ideal clients have experienced difficulties affecting their quality of life. Trauma, depression, anxiety, hurt, low self worth, are some of the many culprits consistently robbing them of the opportunity to experience an abundant life. Their needs include the opportunity to acknowledge that which has impacted them and causes maladaptive behaviors, process it in a safe place where one can be heard, supported, encouraged, and empowered with truth assisting them in discovering their true identity.

Are you experiencing the long term effects from early childhood trauma - neglect or physical abuse- that culminated in Complex P.T.S.D. symptoms. You may be dealing with other bio-psycho-social issues which contribute to feeling anxious or moody or brain issues such as ADD, P.T.S.D. or T.B.I. Although my focus is on providing brain training with biofeedback/neurofeedback, my approach is holistic and compassionate, encouraging clients to explore their wise mind, body and brain for positive change.
