Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and Functional Neurological Disorder. Our approach is highly practical and goal-oriented, with most patients completing their training within three to seven sessions.
Online OTs offers Habit Reversal Training to help patients with tics, FND, and BFRB to manage their repetitive behaviors with research-backed strategies. An emphasis is placed on empowerment to recognize triggers and urges, awareness of the behaviors, and utilization of strategies to inhibit and replace unwanted actions.
