Young adults face a huge number of challenges navigating today’s world, and a global pandemic has amplified an already difficult time, figuring out relationships, values, school and more. It can be difficult to watch your teen struggle and not know where to turn for support for yourself or them. I have over 10 years experience working with youth in schools. I can help your child explore what is going on for them, and find positive coping skills and practice perseverance to get through it.
