I am most passionate about working with individuals who are motivated to do therapeutic work; who are willing to explore themselves and take action toward desired change. I work well with individuals experiencing anxiety and low mood which may look like a lack of self-confidence; feeling stuck; sense of overwhelm; guilt; shame; disconnection from self and others; and sometimes a general longing for more joy and sense of purpose in day to day life. It can be challenging to balance all life’s conflicting obligations while also making sure not to lose sight of yourself.
I work with you to gain a greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to get unstuck and take action toward reconnecting with yourself with a greater sense of fulfillment, purpose, joy, and confidence. I work collaboratively with you, allowing you to lead therapeutic work; meeting you where you are.
I value offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are comfortable to explore yourself and make desired changes. It is a joy for me to connect with people and join them in their journey of growth and healing. I find it an honor to be able to sit with people, hear their stories, and witness their growth.
