I am a compassionate and supportive licensed professional counselor, who specializes in working with teenagers, young adults, college students, and adults through a trauma informed lens. With years of experience in the field, I aim to help people navigate a variety of issues, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-harm, mood disorders, family and relationship conflicts, and attachment. I understand that every persons needs are unique, and my use of evidence-based interventions are always adapting to meet my clients where they are, with interventions including: Person Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Relaxation/ Mindfulness-based interventions.
