I understand throughout life many challenges arise. Some challenges affect our ability to function amongst our daily stressors, and it can be incredibly difficult to navigate these challenges alone. I specialize in providing a client-centered approach. In doing so, I will provide a safe space for you to process distress and to explore further your psychological and social needs.
I am passionate in supporting clients with mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, grief, trauma and conflictual interpersonal relationships. I specialize in applied neuroscience (habit forming) therapy that focuses on changing the way the brain works. I am passionate in integrating somatic and mindfulness strategies to facilitate healing.
