I am licensed in both Utah and Tennessee. I provide my clients with a safe, inclusive, judgment-free space to express feelings, fears, memories, thoughts and aspirations. I work with clients to enhance self-acceptance and self-esteem with the Rogerian-based principles of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. I teach mindfulness and positive coping skills in order to enhance inner peace.
I will provide you with support and empathy and develop methods tailored just for you to gain the peace of mind and contentment needed to be happy and productive in your life. I employ principles from many of the "greats," including Brené Brown, Thich Nhat Hanh, John Gottman and Carl Rogers.
