Treatment varies according to goals and preferences of each client. I take a holistic approach treating mind, body and spirit. I treat a variety of disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, BiPolar, trauma, grief, marriage issues, and codependency. Treatment includes medication management (when necessary), evidence-based psychotherapy, health coaching, and spiritual care.
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Family Nurse Practitioner. I consider my practice as both a calling and a career. I incorporate faith, spirituality, and prayer in my practice for those who are open to the spiritual aspects of healing and recovery.
