There is no one approach to psychotherapy that is right for everyone. As your therapist, I will take a highly individualized approach to the work that we do by starting with a comprehensive approach to understanding your unique circumstances and goals. My work is always guided by the principles of a psychodynamic approach, is informed by a wide range of psychoanalytic theories and is grounded in the wisdom of somatic experiencing.
My training and experience includes such modalities as The Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and forensic assessment.
I work with individual adults, couples and adolescents. I have plentiful experience working with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, eating disorders and relationship issues.
