My style is relational and trauma-informed. Much of my work is grounded in attachment theory and exploring how childhood experiences impact the way we connect and form relationships in adulthood. I integrate EMDR and DBT into my work, tailoring my approach to fit what you need.
My intentions are to understand your experience, honor your journey, and create a safe space for healing and growth. I provide an affirming space LGBTQ+ individuals. I work with folks of diverse religious traditions, with a particular focus on the Muslim American community.
