For all of us, life is a combination of joy and grief. When we have the courage to face our grief, we get to live our joy to the fullest. I strive to offer a compassionate, accepting place to hold space for your process. This allows you opportunity to move through stuck pain and grief, with gentle guidance and support, so you are able to embrace the goodness life has to offer. I am open to meeting with adolescents and adults who are ready to do their emotional growth work, regardless of gender or profile. Children are also more than welcome in my practice.
I have a passion for supporting humans in their grieving process. We all experience grief and we all need one another to navigate our way back to balance. Grief is not something we “get over” or work to stop experiencing. Instead, we learn how to ride the waves of joy and sorry life brings us, so we are not taken captive by circumstances outside our control.
