I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a cutting edge technique originally developed for clients with PTSD. It has a broad range of applications including phobias, work-place issues, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. Cognitive-Behavioral work coupled with a mindful approach and the Emotional Freedom Technique is also a specialty.
I am a trained yoga instructor who has been practicing regularly for over ten years. I am a daily practitioner of meditation and can provide guided meditations and/or meditation training for my clients. I take a wholistic and mindful approach to therapy grounded in my own personal experience and practices.
