Over twenty years of experience assisting adolescents, young adults and families as they manage and maneuver through life struggles and transitions. Experienced working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and adolescent behavioral/emotional issues. My experience as a teacher, probation counselor, counselor, and clinical program director for an adolescent residential program has provided me a well-rounded perspective regarding treatment issues.
I am provide individual, group and family therapy virtually. I strive to provide each client a safe environment for self disclosure, a genuine voice to reflect their strengths, and a collaborative effort to enhance and increase empowerment.
I have completed training programs provided by Bert Hellinger- Family Constellation and the Gestalt Psychotherapy of Washington D.C. I am a certified health coach through the Institute of Intergrative Nutrition. My free time is spent learning how to play the Irish fiddle, kayaking and gardening.
