I provide care to older teens and adults in Colorado and Montana who are looking for compassionate support as they navigate stress, relationships, the impact of trauma, and/or identity exploration. I use a collaborative approach with my clients help navigate the complex systems in our society (school, work, family, capitalism, healthcare, etc.) and explore the impact of these institutions on their wellbeing. I am passionate about helping others harness their strengths and deepen their self-awareness, relationships with others, and understanding of their place in this world.
As a clinical social worker with over a decade of experience providing individual and family care, my practice is grounded in anti-oppression and liberation philosophies. I specialize in trauma-informed care for LGBTQ+ individuals, helping folks recognize and build upon their strengths to develop a treatment plan that works for them based on their goals.
