Hi, my name is Cat Tang, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services in California. We can work together to restore or create healthy relationships; I believe we heal through social connections. I find that my approach fits well with those experiencing life transitions resulting in anxiety, stress, and depression. I am driven to help people improve communication, strengthen their relationships, and develop coping skills that work for them.
I have 15 years of experience in various settings, including child welfare, and I understand the different perspectives involved - the child, the parent, the relatives, the caregiver, and the helpers.
