My approach to counseling focuses on facilitating a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, genuineness, and unconditional acceptance. I see my clients as collaborative partners, and together we work towards meeting their goals.
I specialize in play therapy and activity therapy for children and adolescents, as well as talk therapy with adults. I have experience working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including in schools and private practice. I have worked with adults in both private practice settings and at the university level at an Autism Support Program.
