I am a psychotherapist with 25+ years of professional experience. My specialty is anger and stress management. I also help folks with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, identity issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, marital problems, grief and loss, trauma, aging, medical issues, intimacy issues, and work related stress.
My work has been a calling to me. I feel very fulfilled over the many folks that I have helped. I offer a safe space for my clients to share their inner and outer experience with me.
