Personal Transformation Intensive
This is a 5 weekend series meeting every 3-6 weeks beginning on a Friday evening and continuing until Sunday afternoon. The topics include codependency, addictions, abuse, mind- body connections and relationships. Innovative individual and group techniques include hypnotherapy, psycho dramas, meditation and breath work. You will experience healing and personal growth by releasing your self limiting beliefs that prevents you from enjoying a spectacular life.
