I have been in practice for 20 years, working with individuals, couples and families. After receiving my Masters degree from Smith College, I began working with adolescents and adults with a range of personal and relationship issues, work related and mental health concerns.
Among my areas of specialty, I have experience working with individuals and families dealing with cancer, I am a strong support and resourceful advocate, helping a person to cope and navigate the complex health care system. I believe in the value of teaching my clients meditation and relaxation skills.
