In addition to helping women understand and heal from everyday anxiety and depression, I am also passionate about women's emotional, spiritual, mental and relational well-being. I use an array of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindful Self-Compassion, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. I promise never to try to 'fix' you. I promise to listen with compassion and without judgement. I promise to walk beside of you on your journey to understanding, healing, and wholeness.
My goal is helping women nurture and care for themselves as they heal through spiritual, mental, emotional, and relational trauma. I utilize a variety of therapies, including EMDR, to help women achieve wellness and recover from things, such as acute trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.
