I work with adults, adolescents, and children to help them identify healthy ways to resolve some of those challenges and find the tools necessary to restore balance in their lives. I follow a psycho-dynamic approach in my practice and employ specialized training in play therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Prolonged exposure therapy, dialectic behavioral Therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I strive to provide a safe environment where patients can process trauma and work through interpersonal conflict.
Whether it is finding the best parenting practices, acquiring strategies to cope with emotional distress, or improving patterns of communication, I am here to work alongside you in this discovery process. There is not a single pathway to address the many concerns we all face today.
