Welcome! My name is Catherine Harris and I am honored to assist you with your healing journey. After 20 years of seeing clients, I still enjoy every day of this work. When off duty, I am usually hiking up a mountain, paddle boarding, or enjoying time with loved ones.
I tend to work really well with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or struggles that stem from trauma. My education, training, and experiences have all prepared me to work effectively and successfully with a wide variety of conditions.
I prefer to create a supportive, reassuring, and empowering environment for the healing journey. I frequently get feedback that I explain things in ways that make it seem very simple and do-able.
