I am passionate about working with clients who need support and empowerment in every aspect of their lives. I specialize in working with ADHD, autism, trauma, and couples. I enjoy working with clients who are processing life transitions, need support through academic and professional difficulties, and desire holistic mental health support. I believe that there is immense value in building a trust and respect-based therapeutic alliance.
My hope in working together is that I can equip you with skills and create a welcoming space to replace thinking patterns that no longer serve you. I utilize play and art therapy with child clients to foster a safe space for them to share their experiences. Clients are empowered and supported while taking responsibility for their actions and choices.
