In working with children, I often involve parents. I believe that parents are an integral part of treatment, and my approach is geared towards empowering them. I provide parent-child therapy & parent management training. In working with adults, I take an individualized, engaging, strength-based approach and rely heavily on the cognitive behavioral model.
