Sometimes life can be hard, and we need someone to help us navigate our stressors and emotions. I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert of your life. I am “person-centered,” meaning that we will only work on issues that you want to work on. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative. Together, we will identify goals that you would like to work on, and we will focus on using your strengths to help you achieve your goals. I will provide you with tools from several different evidence-based therapeutic modalities to to assist you in making lasting changes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. I also work with individuals that would like assistance in improving their communication skills and strengthening their boundaries.
