Welcome! I love working with teens, emerging adults and midlife adults to navigate the expected and unexpected life transitions. I use a collaborative, client centered approach with holistic attention to wellness and prevention as well as addressing current challenges. Focus areas include career/college planning, work/life balance, family changes, (parenting, blended families and more) communication and managing conditions of ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, including pet grief and loss. I have over 15 years experience working with children, youth and adults using traditional narrative and talk therapy balanced with humor.
Tell me your story and what you want to change. Together we will create a plan, and adjust as needed. I can collaborate with educational staff or other providers. I will advocate for your voice to be heard and for any needed accommodations at home, work or school. Coaching on specific topic areas and clinical consultation services are available as well.
Counseling is a personal journey towards growth and change. It is an honor to walk along with you in that journey. I also enjoy providing clinical supervision LGPCs and case consultations to other providers.
