I have a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to help them understand and overcome mental health barriers that may affect their academics/employment or reach their fullest potential. Many people suffer in silence with a wide array of issues that may arise with puberty, school/work problems, or mental health that may cause life transitions challenging. My therapeutic approach assists people with their unique struggles including realistic goals to provide the necessary results the client or parents need.
I have experience working in outpatient mental health for more than a decade with all ages with severe mental health disorders and challenges as a crisis worker. I have worked with people suffering from anxiety, depression, bullying, suicidal ideations, trauma, grief, and stress from life. I became a LMSW in November 2023 and under clinical supervision.
