My style of therapy is eclectic. My approach is informed by an extensive background in Somatic Psychothery & my spiritual experiences with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I use techniques that compliment your personality & assist you in accessing your deepest internal processes that no longer serve you so that you can heal & grow.
