I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with extensive experience in providing treatment for children, teens, and young adults who exhibit social, emotional, and behavioral concerns consistent with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression or emotion dysregulation.

I offer individual and family/parenting interventions, drawing from extensive clinical expertise and evidence-based approaches. A cognitive-behavioral perspective to therapy is emphasized, although clinical applications are drawn from a variety of approaches. Every person/family is unique and therefore, my approach is always individualized.

I have been working with children, teens, and their families for over 25 years and am licensed in the states of Washington and California. I am passionate about helping individuals and their families build upon their strengths and learn new skills to better cope with challenges.
