Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I am passionate about supporting individuals and their families through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
I have worked with clients experiencing a range of issues but I specialize in mood disorders, parenting and family issues and perinatal mood disorders. My background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy but my approach with clients is always individualized and collaborative- with some humor sprinkled in every now and then!
