I specialize in populations who are struggling with depression, relationship and family conflict, addiction, anxiety and stress, trauma related disorders, grief and loss, self esteem, and life transitions. I work with adults, couples, and families to meet goals and figure out how to “do life” with the hand you’ve been dealt in the most productive way possible. Some of the evidenced based approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. These approaches paired with a solid therapeutic rapport result in clients reaching goals and seeing actual results from counseling.
I began working in the field of substance use and other related mental health disorders 8 years ago. I have wide expertise working with to assist individuals in getting to the underlying core issues that permeate the need to find comfort and relief by numbing the pain through substances and other process addictions.
