In the 25 + years working in the field of counseling I have wanted each person to explore themselves and their situation(s). Each person has the ability to travel the pathway and not be alone. We work together. Improve their relationship with themselves or with their Significant Other, Family, Friends and/or Colleagues. During these years have worked with individuals (female & male), couples, and teens, Fire & Rescue, Police & Sheriff departments, Corrections personnel and Veterans. Also work doing Premarital Counseling and Career Counseling.
As a client-centered therapist, my goal is to help each person be in the place they want to be. Be able to work together to better understand and resolve patterns and/or life challenges that may be getting in your way. To be able to learn new ways to listen, communicate and "fight fair".
