Why does this generation need so much therapy? This statement alone can make us feel broken, unheard, or defective in some way. The truth is, there is nothing wrong with us. The future of therapy is breaking down generational behaviors and faulty ways of thinking that are often at the root of trauma, stress, anxiety and depression. How do we do that? From my experience, a lot of anxiety and depression is rooted in how we perceive the world and ourselves. Shifting that perspective to one that validates our experiences while also empowering us to be who we want to be is a fundamental cornerstone of living a life we love.
I take a collaborative approach that places you in the driver's seat. I will help guide you to where you want to go while also providing support and encouragement to get you to your destination. During this journey we create a unique experience to better understand our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
