I am a culturally sensitive client centered therapist with extensive experience in clinical settings as well as in private practice. I bring compassion to my work along with approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), to name a few.
