I am a licensed independent social worker, LISW. I have been practicing in the social work field for over 20 years. I have worked with many populations including, children, adults and older adults. I utilize several counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. The modality choice will depend upon your needs and your comfort level. I would love to hear from you and help you to attain your treatment goals.
